This website

kentfy.tr is a static website about the KentFy app. It collects no personal data from visitors:

• There are no forms; nothing is submitted through the site.
• No cookies are used, so no cookie consent is requested.
• There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• The site loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies' servers. Your browser only talks to kentfy.tr.

The Contact section on the home page has an “Open in Maps” link. It opens Google Maps in a new tab. Nothing is sent to Google unless you click it; once you do, Google's own privacy terms apply on that page.

The server that hosts the site may keep standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser details) for security and troubleshooting. They are not used for anything else and are not shared with anyone.

The KentFy app

When you sign in to the app, it processes your account details, your projects, expense and activity records and the documents you upload. This data is used only to run the app. One firm cannot see another firm's data. Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The app's full privacy policy is inside the app.

Your rights and how to contact us

Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) gives you rights such as seeing your data and asking for it to be corrected or deleted. To use them, write to info@kentfy.tr.
